To report a child’s absence please ring the school and speak to a member of the Admin Team or leave a message on the school answer phone by 8:30am on each morning of the absence with the reason for the absence. Alternatively you can report your child’s absence via the Arbor App.

- Our pupils must arrive by 8:40am on each school day.
- Our morning register is taken at 8:45am and will be kept open until 9:15am
- Our afternoon register is taken at 1:05pm
- Arrival more than 30 minutes after registers close will be recorded as unauthorised absence.
If your child will be having a planned absence, you can download and complete our Exceptional Leave Request Form 2023.
